BIO:

Everyone has a story. We are all a work in progress—and our lives are intricately woven with impactful chapters, some of which are yet to be written. Some parts of your story may include broken pieces, struggles, pain, and loss. I believe that these chapters are part of the journey and can be a catalyst for opportunity and growth. As a therapist, I consider it a privilege to both hear about your story and to hold space for whatever you may be navigating in life. I believe that every person has the capacity to fulfill their true potential and to find the light within. Whatever you are going through, my hope is to guide, challenge, and empower you in changing your narrative. Here’s to starting your chapter of overcoming and resilience!

Professionally, I am dually licensed as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a Licensed Master Addiction Counselor (LMAC). 

Counseling approaches and areas of professional competence include the following: Cognitive-Behavior Therapy (CBT); Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT); Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy; Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT); Motivational Interviewing (MI); Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET); and Transtheoretical Model (TTM)/stages of change.
